Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing suicidal woman.

 

Hannah Bombria, 19, was reported missing by her parents, who live in Greenlawn, on July 29 at approximately 2:30 a.m. Bombria is a United States Marine stationed in North Carolina and posted on social media stating her intent to travel to New York to commit suicide. Her cell phone has been pinging in New York City since police were first notified and the New York Police Department is involved in the investigation.

 

Bombria is Asian, 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She is not known to have a vehicle.

 

Anyone with information on Bombria’s location is asked to call 911 or the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.

 

As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
