New Cassel, NY - July 27th, 2015 - The Third Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred Monday, July 27, 2015 at 3:10 am in New Cassel.

According to detectives, a 61 year old female victim was watching television in her bedroom located on Sherman Street, when 3 unknown males entered the room displayed a handgun, cane and stick and demanded money. The victim complied and the subjects fled on foot in an unknown direction. There were no injuries. Proceeds were a debit card, an undetermined amount of US currency and personal papers.

• Subject # 1 is described as a male black, slim build, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with his face covered.  The subject displayed a handgun.
• Subject # 2 is described as a male black, slim build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with his face covered.  The subject displayed a cane.
• Subject # 3 is described as a male black, slim build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with his face covered.  The subject displayed a stick.
