Man Wanted for Robbing Baldwin Bank of America

Baldwin, NY - July 23rd, 2014 - The Robbery Squad is investigating a Bank Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 11:15 am in Baldwin.

According to detectives, a male black subject, in his thirties, approximately 5’10”, wearing a green fatigue bucket hat, a green long sleeve pullover shirt and jeans, entered the Bank of America located at 792 Atlantic Avenue and presented a robbery demand note to a teller.  After obtaining an undetermined amount of U.S. currency the subject fled the scene on foot eastbound onto Atlantic Avenue.  There were three employees and three customers inside the bank at the time of the crime.  There were no reported injuries.
