Nassau Cops Seeking Suspect in Connection with Armed Robbery of Westbury Gas Station

Westbury, NY - July 17, 2017 - Third Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred in Westbury on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 12:18 A.M.
 
According to detectives, a male subject, armed with a handgun, entered Conoco gas station located at 495 Union Ave., approached the clerk and demanded money. The victim complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The subject fled the scene on foot northbound on Union Ave.
 
No injuries were reported.
 
The subject is described as a male black, approximately 6’ tall, 170-180 lbs., thin build, and wearing a black mask with a black hooded sweat jacket. No further description is available.
