Westbury, NY - July 16, 2018 - The Third Squad reports an arrest on Monday, July 16 in connection with a Public Lewdness incident that occurred earlier this month in Westbury.
 
According to Detectives, on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 8:15 A.M., an 11 year old female victim was walking north on School Street in the vicinity of Walton Place. As she was walking past a white pickup truck that had just pulled to the side of the road, the driver, Adislado Carrillo of East Meadow, 57, exited his vehicle. Carrillo had his jeans down and he exposed himself to the victim. The victim continued walking to Westbury Middle School where Police were contacted.
 
After an investigation Carrillo was arrested in connection with the above listed crime. Carrillo is charged with Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on August 14, 2108 at First District Court in Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
