Suspect Wanted for Using Fake Visa Gift Card to Purchase Over $4k of Jewelry from East Northport Jeweler

East Northport, NY - July 16th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who used a fraudulent gift card to make a purchase at an East Northport store.

A man used a fraudulent prepaid Visa gift card to purchase more than $4,400 worth of jewelry at Devin Jewelers, located at 536 Larkfield Road, on August 26, 2014 at approximately 5:40 p.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
