Patchogue, NY - July 8th, 2013 - For the fourth year in a row, Long Island's very popular Great South Bay Music Festival at Shorefront Park in Patchogue will be collecting donations of non-perishable food for Long Island Cares, Inc.-The Harry Chapin Food Bank. More than 20,000 attendees are expected to attend the three day event taking place July 19-21.

"We're very proud of our partnership with James Faith Entertainment for their ongoing support of the regional food bank by hosting a food drive to coincide with the Great South Bay Music Festival," said Paule Pachter, Executive Director.

This year, the Great South Bay Music Festival will feature such headliners as The Doobie Brothers, Electric Hot Tuna, Billy Squier, Dark Star Orchestra, Steve Forbert, Carolina Chocolate Drops and many more. Additional entertainment and activities are provided for children and families and once again the festival is expected to draw more than 20,000 music fans from July 19-21.

Special Raffle Announced To Win A Signed Drumhead From The Doobie Brothers And Electric Hot Tuna! Stop by the Long Island Cares Information and Merchandise Tent at the Great South Bay Music Festival to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a specially framed drumhead signed by The Doobie Brothers and one signed by Electric Hot Tuna. All proceeds to support the Long Island Cares Endowment Fund.
