Roslyn Heights, NY - July 3, 2016 - Nassau County Police report the arrest of a Floral Park man for Driving While Intoxicated (Leandra Law) that occurred on Sunday, July 03, 2016 at 1:15 a.m. in Roslyn Heights.

According to police, Albin W. Castillo, 47 of Floral Park, was driving a 2015 Toyota southbound on Roslyn Road with a 15 year old male passenger. A Third Precinct officer observed the vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed and conducted a vehicle and traffic stop. During the investigation it was determined that Castillo was intoxicated and placed under arrest. The passenger was released to his father at the scene.

Castillo is charged with Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated (Leandra Law), Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Driving While Intoxicated, and Imprudent Speed. He will be arraigned on Sunday, July 03, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
