Suffolk SPCA: Reward for Info Leading to Arrest of Individual Who Abandoned Starving, Injured Dog

A reward of $2,000 is being offered by the Suffolk County SPCA for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible for abandoning and neglecting an emaciated dog with ribs and hips visibly protruding. The dog also is suffering with a serious leg wound.
 
On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, a female Cane Corso with a swollen, infected leg wound was found behind the Selden Animal Hospital, 644 D Middle Country Road. Selden, NY. Anyone with information about this dog is asked to contact the Suffolk County SPCA.
