Woman Bailed Acquaintance Out of Jail Using Counterfeit Currency, Cops Say

Hampton Bays, NY - July 2, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Southampton Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who used counterfeit currency in Hampton Bays last month.
 
A woman used counterfeit currency to post bail for another person at Southampton Town Justice Court, located at 32 Jackson Ave., on June 11.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
