Report: Man Airlifted to Hospital After Seriously Injured in Kings Park Vehicle Crash

Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are investigating a crash that injured two people, one seriously, in Kings Park.
 
William Seitz was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban eastbound on St. Johnland Road near Squire Lane when his vehicle crossed into the westbound lane and crashed head-on into a 2016 Chrysler driven by Carissa Clancy. 
 
Seitz, 54, of Northport, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Clancy, 26, of Kings Park, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks.
 
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
