Victim snapped picture of suspect after he sat beside her and began to rub her upper thigh, police say.
NCPD are seeking a suspect (pictured above) who allegedly committed a sex offence on Thursday, June 22, in Hempstead.

Hempstead, NY - June 26, 2017 - The Third Squad reports the details of a Sex Offense that occurred at 7:20am on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in Hempstead.
According to Detectives, the female victim, 25, was sitting on the mass transit NICE N6 bus that was travelling at Fulton Avenue and N. Franklin Street when the suspect sat next to her. The male suspect placed his hand on the right thigh of the victim and began to rub her upper thigh. The victim told the suspect to stop and took his photo. No further injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a male black, light skinned, 30-35 yrs., facial hair, wearing a tan baseball cap and gray shirt.
