CANCELLED - Suffolk Authorities Issue Alert for Missing Bipolar Wheatley Heights Man

UPDATE - June 22, 2018 - Police report that Marcus McIntosh has been located, unharmed.

East Northport, NY - June 21, 2018 - The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Wheatley Heights man who is bipolar and in need of medication.
 
Marcus McIntosh, 23, was last seen at the Elwood Shopping Center, located on Jericho Turnpike in East Northport, on June 20 at approximately 7 p.m. McIntosh, of 13 Midland Lane, is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and maroon shorts.
 
Anyone with information on McIntosh’s location is asked to contact First Squad detectives at 631-854-8152 or call 911.
 
As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
