The carnival will benefit the Bay Shore L.E.A.D. program and other L.E.A.D. initiatives.  L.E.A.D. is committed to protecting our youth and communities from the proliferation of drugs, drug-related crimes, cyber bullying and violence.  L.E.A.D. instructors provide the only tested and proven effective, evidence based, K-12 anti-drug and anti-violence curriculum delivered by law enforcement or by trained school personnel.  L.E.A.D. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that collaborates with educators, community leaders, families and L.E.A.D. support organizations to create safer, healthier communities for our youth.
