Legislator Anker Welcomes Newly-Elected Mount Sinai Civic Association Officers

Mount Sinai, NY - June 19, 2018 - On Monday, June 4, Suffolk County Legislator Anker attended the Mount Sinai Civic Association to administer the oaths of office for President Ann Becker, Vice President and Corresponding Secretary Brad Arrington, Membership Secretary Jennifer Roth, Recording Secretary Lisa Pfeffer and newly elected Treasurer Monica Stone.
 
“Being involved in your local civic organization is the key to maintaining happy and healthy communities,” said Legislator Anker. “As a longtime member, it was my pleasure to administer the Oath of Office to the Mount Sinai Civic Officers.”
 
Established in 1916, the Mount Sinai Civic is involved in zoning issues, land preservation, traffic calming, safety issues and educating residents about political, educational and social activities.
 
The Mount Sinai Civic Association meets on Monday’s at 8 pm at the Heritage Park Center in Mount Sinai. It will have their next meeting on Monday, September 10th.
