SCPD: Huntington Station Man Arrested for Driving with 40 License Suspensions

Suffolk County Police today arrested Huntington Station man for driving with 40 license suspensions.
 
Suffolk County Second Precinct Patrol Officers Joe Aqulina and Michael Petriello pulled over a 2015 Nissan Altima that was traveling eastbound on West 9th Street near 3rd Avenue after observing excessive tint on the cars windows. Officers Aqulina and Petriello determined the driver, Hassan Nadeem, was driving with a license that had been suspended 40 times.
 
Nadeem, 21, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree and his vehicle was impounded. Nadeem will be held overnight at the Second Precinct and was arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
