Police: Man at Belmont Racetrack Arrested for Sneaking Cellphone Pics Up Womens' Skirts

Elmont, NY - June 12, 2017 - Fifth Squad detectives report the arrest of a Brooklyn man for unlawful surveillance that occurred on Saturday, 06/10/17 at 6:40 P.M.
 
According to detectives, an NYPD detective, while on duty at Belmont Racetrack located in Elmont, observed Samuel Jackson, 28, approached two female victims (both 19 years of age) from behind, stand directly behind them and then place his cell phone camera lens underneath one of the victim’s skirts. He then positioned himself behind the other female victim and placed the cell phone camera underneath her skirt. The female victims’ were unaware of his actions.
 
Jackson is being charged with two counts of Unlawful Surveillance and will be arraigned on Sunday, 06/11/17, in First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
