Authorities Discover Body of Unidentified Man Floating in Hempstead Harbor
Hempstead, NY - June 12, 2017 - Homicide Squad detectives are investigating an incident that occurred on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 12:30 pm in Hempstead Harbor.
According to detectives, the body of an unidentified deceased male was found floating and subsequently recovered from the waters of Hempstead Harbor by the Nassau County Police Departments Marine Bureau.
The identity of the victim, as well as the cause of death, will be determined by the Nassau County Medical Examiner’s office.
