Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker toured a new housing development being built at the northeast corner of Route 25 and County Road 21 in Middle Island.

The development in Middle Island will provide military veterans with housing. Housing will be available for 123 individuals and families in one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

Middle Island, NY - June 10, 2016 - On Friday, May 27th, Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker toured a new housing development being built at the northeast corner of Route 25 and County Road 21 in Middle Island. The project is being developed and managed by Concern for Independent Living.

“I commend Concern for Independent Living, who will provide attainable housing for our military veterans who have served to protect and defend our country,” said Legislator Anker.
