A North Amityville man charged with shooting three brothers, one fatally, during a confrontation near a Masonic Lodge has been indicted by a grand jury, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

North Amityville, NY - June 9, 2015 - A North Amityville man charged with shooting three brothers, one fatally, during a confrontation near a Masonic Lodge has been indicted by a grand jury, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

38 year old Jakyma Bunn allegedly shot 44 year old Louis Wilson of Kansas City, Missouri to death during the fight at 66 Coolidge Avenue in North Amityville on May 30 at approximately 2 a.m.

State Supreme Court Justice William Condon (fourth floor of courthouse) will unseal Bunn’s indictment tomorrow (Wednesday, June 10) in Riverhead.

Louis Wilson’s brothers, Shaun, 37, and Junious, age 38, were shot in the legs but survived.
First Precinct police officers rushed to the scene after receiving 911 calls and a Shot Spotter notification of gunfire.

Justice Condon will call the court calendar at 9:30 am.
