Former Massapequa HS Students Arrested for Making Terroristic Threats Against School

Massapequa, NY - June 5th, 2014 - The Seventh Squad reports the details of two arrests for Making a Terroristic Threat that occurred on June 3, 2014 in Massapequa.

According to detectives, a Massapequa High School Dean received a phone call from a concerned parent that defendants Richard Delpesce 17, of 644 Seamans Neck Road, Seaford and Corinne Terris, 19, of 61 Roy Avenue, Massapequa  (both former students), made threats toward the school via Facebook.  Nassau County Police were notified and after an investigation it was determined that no students were endangered at any time. Both defendants surrendered to the Seventh Squad and were placed under arrest on June 4, 2014.

The defendants are being charged with Making a Terroristic Threat. Defendant Terris is additionally charged with Criminal Solicitation 4th Degree.  They will be arraigned on June 5, 2014 at First District Court, Hempstead.
