Uniondale, NY - May 30, 2017 - First Squad detectives report the arrest of a Westbury man for possessing a firearm that occurred in Uniondale on Monday, 05/29/17 at 3:55 P.M.
 
According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations police officers were conducting an investigation in Uniondale Park located on Uniondale Ave. During their investigation, they came upon Ziear Lacoude-Miller, 17, who was found to be in possession of marijuana and a handgun.
 
Lacoude-Miller is being charged with Criminal Possession Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession Firearm, and Criminal Possession Marijuana. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in First District Court, Hempstead.
