Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Financial Crimes Unit detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who opened a credit card using another person’s information in Commack last year. 

 

A man used another person’s identity to open a store credit card and make a purchase at Home Depot, located at 5025 Jericho Turnpike, on December 13 at approximately 11:30 a.m. 

 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
