Melville, NY - May 23, 2015 - At the request of the Suffolk County Police Department- 2nd Precinct, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Frank Punturieri, 82, from Melville, NY at 11:43 pm on May 23, 2015.

Frank Punturieri is an 82-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen in Huntington, at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23. Frank was driving a 2013 gray Honda Accord with New York registration GGD-1058. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, and a veterans baseball hat.
