Residents rolled up their sleeves recently to give the gift of life duringan emergency community blood drive at the Syosset Fire Department. Nassau County Legislator Joshua Lafazan (Woodbury) partnered with the Syosset Fire Department and the Syosset Home Depot to host the blood drive.

 

“I am thrilled to see that so many residents heeded the urgent call for donations and did their part to helpreplenish our blood supply,” Legislator Lafazan said. “I thank the Syosset Fire Department for agreeing to host the drive, the Syosset Home Depot for their support,and the many residents who made this blood drive successful.”
