Teen Wanted for Mugging Victim with BB Gun in Valley Stream

Valley Stream, NY - May 15th, 2015 - The Fourth Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred at 3:20pm on Thursday May 7, 2015 in Valley Stream.
 
According to Detectives, the fifteen year old male victim was walking home from Valley Stream North High School near the creek bed on Park Drive when he walked past the unknown subject sitting on a bench.  The subject approached the victim from behind and demanded his cellular telephone as he struck the victim in the back of the head with a Marksman repeater BB gun. 
 
As the male subject attempted to remove personal property from the victim’s pockets a struggle ensued. The victim was able to retrieve the BB gun and the subject fled the scene with the proceeds of only $1.00 US currency. The victim received abrasions on his face, neck and arm but refused medical attention.
 
The subject is described as a male white Hispanic, 16-18yrs old, 150 lbs., thin build and short brown/back hair with a possible scar or shaven area of his right eye brow. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and tan shorts.
