Woman Assaulted, Robbed While Walking Uniondale; Police Seeking Lone Suspect

Uniondale, NY - May 14, 2018 - The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred in Uniondale on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at 2:30 am.
 
According to detectives, a 52 year old female victim was walking west on Front Street in the vicinity of Hawthorne Avenue when she was pushed to the ground by an unknown person. The male subject then removed a wallet from her back pocket that contained an undisclosed amount of US currency, a credit card and her driver’s license.
 
The male subject was last observed entering a white late model sports car traveling south on Hawthorne Avenue. The subject is best described as being male, black, 5’7”, 160 Lbs, dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, dark shoes, gray T shirt. There were no injuries reported.
