Governor Cuomo Deploys DFS Mobile Command Center to Locations in Nassau and Suffolk Counties

Albany, NY - May 14, 2013 - Governor Andrew M. Cuomo is continuing to deploy representatives of the Department of Financial Services (DFS) to locations in Nassau and Suffolk Counties over the next several days to help homeowners and business owners affected by Superstorm Sandy apply for recovery aid.

 

The Department’s representatives will be available to meet with residents inside the agency's Mobile Command Center, which will be stationed at these locations:

 

Thursday, May 16
1101 Sunrise Highway
Copaigue, New York
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Friday, May 17
Wheatley Plaza
Glen Cove Road at Northern Blvd
Greenvale, New York
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Saturday, May 18
2754 Long Beach Road (across from Walgreens Pharmacy)
Oceanside
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 

DFS representatives will also be available to assist with insurance-related issues stemming from damage caused by Sandy.
