Baby Girl Delivered at Plainview Home After Nassau County Ambulances Responded to Call of Woman in Labor

Plainview, NY - May 13, 2015 - The Second Precinct reports the details of a child birth which occurred on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 8:45 P.M. in Plainview.

According to police, second precinct officers along with two Nassau County ambulances responded to a Blanche Street address for a call for a female, 33 years of age, 9 months pregnant and in labor.  AMT’s and officers at the scene made the decision to deliver the baby girl at the home prior to transporting them to an area hospital.  Both mother and daughter were admitted in good condition.
