Cops on Lookout for Suspect Who Attempted to Lure Wantagh Kids into Vehicle with Candy
Wantagh, NY - May 7, 2018 - The Seventh Squad reports the details of an Unusual Incident that occurred on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 4:20 p.m. in Wantagh.
According to detectives, an older white male, wearing a blue and red baseball hat, approached children on Southview Avenue in an older model silver/gray sedan. He attempted to get the children to come to his vehicle by offering them candy. The subject fled eastbound on Eastview Ave. No further information is available.
