On Tuesday, two Nassau County Police officers helped a mom bring her baby girl into the world.

According to a report, Seventh Precinct Officers Lamonica and Acerra responded to a home in Massapequa to assist a woman in labor. They immediately began to assist the 28-year-old mother and within minutes a healthy baby girl was born.

Police Medics Chang and Gadowski arrived, evaluated the family and transported them to the hospital.
