CANCELLED - Nassau Police Issue Alert for 13 Year-Old Girl Missing from Hempstead

Hempstead, NY - May 4, 2018 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Friday, May 04, 2018 at 7:00 am in Hempstead.
 
According to detectives, Erika Mendoza-Alvarado, 13, a female Hispanic was last seen leaving her Hempstead residence. The missing juvenile is described as being 5’ 3” tall, 130 Lbs, brown eyes, green/camo shirt, denim shorts, and red sneakers. Her destination is unknown.
 
Detectives request that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the above listed missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
