Three Arrested for Drug Possession Outside Bethpage 7-11

The three suspects were allegedly in possession of marijuana, cocaine, and Alprazolam pills.

Bethpage, NY - April 27, 2016 - The Second Squad reports the arrest of three men on Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 12:35 a.m. in Bethpage.
 
According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations officers while conducting an investigation observed three male occupants of 2010 Ford smoking marijuana while parked in the 7-11 parking lot, located at 1 Farmedge Road.  During the investigation the driver of the vehicle Eduardo F. Correia, 20 of 47 10th Avenue, Mineola was found to be in possession of a metal grinder, a  small clear bag containing cocaine, and five (5) Alprazolam pills.  Gage R. Doughty,  21 of 54 S. 1st Street, Bethpage, was observed placing a glass pipe containing marijuana into the center console and rear passenger Vincent Scarimbolo, 19 of 7 Gable Gate, Old Bethpage was in possession of a small container of liquid marijuana. All three were placed under arrest without incident.
 
Scarimbolo is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Criminal Possession of Marijuana. Doughty is charged with (2) two counts of Criminal Possession of Marijuana. Both were released on a Desk Appearance Ticket to appear on May 9, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
 
Correia is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance 5th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th degree, and three counts of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
