VIDEO: Two Subjects Sought by SCPD in Connection with North Amityville Knifepoint Robbery

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two men who robbed a North Amityville convenience store earlier this year.
 
Two men, one armed with a knife, demanded cash from an employee at 7-Eleven, located at 827 Broadway, on January 14 at approximately 3:20 a.m. The employee complied and the men fled on foot.
 
One suspect was described as black, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, heavyset and was wearing a blue glove on his left hand while holding a knife in his right. The second suspect was described as black, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637). All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
