NCPD: Three Valley Stream Men Charged with Murder in Shooting Death of 20 Year-Old

Gil Iphael, 18, Joshua Desrosiers, 21, and Michael Durham, 20, were arrested after a male victim with a gunshot wound to the back died at Long Island Jewish Hospital, cops say.

NCPD reports the arrest of (L to R) Michael Durham, 20, Gil Iphael, 18, and Joshua Desrosiers, 21, all of Valley Stream, in connection with a homicide.

Valley Stream, NY - April 20, 2018 - Homicide Squad reports the arrest of the following individuals from Valley Stream in connection a homicide that occurred in Valley Stream on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
 
According to detectives, at 8:51 P.M., Police officers responded to Long Island Jewish Hospital- to investigate a male victim with a gunshot wound to the back. The 20 year old male was pronounced deceased by hospital staff at 10:58 P.M.
 
On April 17, 2018 Gil Iphael, 18, and Joshua Desrosiers, 21, were arrested and charged with Murder 2nd Degree. They were arraigned on April 18, 2018 in First District Court, Hempstead
 
On April 18, 2018 Michael Durham, 20, was arrested and charged with Murder 2nd Degree. He was arraigned on April 19, 2018 in First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
