SCPD Crime Alert: Five Vehicles Damaged at Islandia Business

Islandia, NY - April 20th, 2015 - Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are investigating an incident during which five vehicles were damaged at an Islandia business yesterday.

An unknown person or people jumped over a chain link fence to enter the premise of Bancker Construction Corporation, located at 218 Blydenburgh Road, on April 19 sometime between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Once inside the yard, the suspect and/or suspects painted graffiti on a GMC pickup truck, a storage trailer and on pavement.

A Subaru Forester was driven into a Peterbilt vehicle and a second Subaru Forester was driven into a pile of steel beams. A second GMC pickup truck was driven through a fence.
