Brentwood, NY - April 15, 2016 - HIA-LI’s 28th Annual Trade Show and Conference is approaching on May 19th from 9:00am – 3:00pm at SCCC Sports & Exhibition Center, Brentwood. This year’s show and conference “Making the Right Connections for Long Island Business” at Suffolk Community College Sports and Exhibition Center from 9 am to 3pm promises to be another exciting one.  Last year over 4,000 business professionals attended with 375 businesses exhibiting. There are four ways to get involved in HIA-LI’s Trade Show, Sponsor, Exhibit, Attend Executive Programming, or Walk the Trade Show Floor. It is free to attend HIA-LI’s Trade Show including the seminars if you pre-register.

EXECUTIVE PROGRAMMING AT THE SHOW 

MAY 19th EXECUTIVE BREAKFAST 8 AM – 10 AM
The Executive Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am will highlight keynote speaker Clay Clark, Serial Entrepreneur and Founder of Thrive 15 discussing How to Make your Business Thrive. His interactive discussion will focus on key issues for businesses in this changing economy.

MAY 19th EXECUTIVE LUNCHEON 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
The Executive Luncheon this year will be moderated by Mitch Pally, CEO of Long Island Builders Institute titled LI Economic Revitalization Projects: Building the Local Economy.  Featured Speakers will discuss NYS initiatives and revitalization projects that include The Ronkonkoma Hub, Wyandanch Rising, Downtown Patchogue and Renaissance Downtowns.

Suffolk IDA will lead the Innovation Pavilion. Additional Pavilions on the trade show floor will include Economic Development, Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy/Green Industries and Workforce Development where business leaders can go to find out about related industries in one area. Throughout the day there will also be complimentary informative business sessions to help you increase your bottom line and educate your business!
