Stony Brook, NY - April 15th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole golf clubs from a Stony Brook store last month.

A man entered Sports Authority, located at 2110 Nesconset Highway, and stole two golf clubs on March 31 at approximately 1:40 p.m. The clubs have a combined value of $400.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
