Mangano Announces "Baking Days" At Old Bethpage Village Restoration

Old Bethpage, NY - April 13, 2016 - Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano announces that Old Bethpage Village Restoration will host “Baking Days” on Saturday, May 7th and Saturday, June 4th from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Activities for children ages 9 – 12 include making soup, biscuits and cookies and well as additional hand-on activities with the staff. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. The program fee is $45 for one child and $75 for two children.

About Old Bethpage Village Restoration:
Old Bethpage Village Restoration provides visitors with a unique and wonderful opportunity to step back in time and experience life in a recreated mid-19th Century American village set on more than 200 acres. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Entrance fees are: $10 for adults, $7 for children (5 – 12), seniors and volunteer firefighters.
