Thomas Charles Bary Jr. construcre a wooden structure over an outdoor marine touch tank at the Mount Sinai Nature Center at Cedar Beach. The touch tank, which is part of the educational program at the Nature Center, was previously unusable because the amount of sunlight it received made it an unhealthy environment for sea life.
