Lindenhurst Jewelry Store Robbed at Knifepoint

Lindenhurst, NY - April 8th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a man who robbed a Lindenhurst jewelry store earlier this year.

On February 1, 2015 at approximately 12:30 p.m. a man armed with a knife entered Joe’s Plaza Jewelry, located at 7 East Hoffman Ave. The man, who was wearing a skeleton mask and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, assaulted a male victim and left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
