Written by Chris Boyle  |  06. April 2022

The New York Rangers, the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County Legislator, and the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office are excited to introduce street and ball hockey programming to the Town of Babylon communities.

“Breaking the Ice” is designed to help introduce new players to the game of hockey while keeping kids active and healthy. By providing families with the necessary equipment and instruction, kids will learn the basics and have the resources to enjoy the game for life.

Join us at the rink for a great time! There are two locations: John J. McMahon Rink at Fabio Buttitta Park, Acorn Street, Deer Park, NY, and the West Babylon Youth Center, 75 Sawyer Ave., West Babylon, NY.
