Hempstead, NY - April 4, 2019 - The Homicide Squad reports the April 3, 2019 arrest of Jose Ulisiz Ortiz-Trochez of Hempstead, 18, in connection with the death of a male victim that occurred on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 12:07 A.M. in Hempstead.
 
According to detectives, police responded to a call of a stabbing victim who was found lying in the parking lot of the Laundry Palace located at 416 Clinton Street, Hempstead. The victim, Juan Gabriel Chic Sian, 35, with no known current residence, was transported by Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 1:07 A.M. 
 
Jose Ulisiz Ortiz-Trochez is charged with Murder 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in First District Court, Hempstead.
