Two Males Wanted for New Cassel Robbery

New Cassel, NY - April 3, 2015 - The Third Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred at 11:45pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in New Cassel. 
 
According to Detectives, a Centro taxi was called to pick up a fare in front of a residence on Catherine Street.  The female driver waited a few minutes until two male blacks entered the cab.  One unknown subject entered the front passenger seat and the second unknown subject entered the rear seat behind the driver.  The rear male subject grabbed the driver around the throat in a choke hold and the front passenger subject went through the forty-three year old victim’s pockets.  The subjects fled on foot southbound on Catherine Street. The proceeds were an undetermined amount of US currency.  No injuries were reported.
 
The subjects are described as black males in their early twenties, both tall with a slim build.
