Long Island, NY - March 26, 2015 - This year’s Senate Veterans' Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Albany is planned for Tuesday, May 19, 2015, just before the Memorial Day weekend observances.

Nomination letters, which should include a short biography highlighting the nominee’s military and civilian service and achievements, can submitted online using the form below.   A high resolution photo is required - It can be e-mailed to Senator Ken LaValle at LaValle@NYSenate.gov with any other nomination letters, or extra submission information.

Another option is to mail the nomination information in an envelope to Senator LaValle's District office: 28 North Country Rd. Suite 203, Mount Sinai, New York  11766. ATTN: 2015 Senate Veteran's Hall of Fame

Please make sure to include rank and file at time of discharge or end of military service, military branch of service, military awards and/or achievements.

Note:  Nominations for this year’s inductee will be accepted until Monday, April 27, 2015.
