Medford Man Charged By County Suffolk SPCA with Animal Cruelty
Medford, NY - March 25, 2019 - Suffolk County SPCA Detectives arrested and charged a Medford man with animal cruelty.
Stuart Babitch, 76, was charged with failure to provide proper sustenance including veterinary care and allowing the dog to live in deplorable conditions. The animals were transported to Brookhaven Animal Shelter. The house was condemned by the town.
