Ward-Melville High School Science Teacher Arrested for Sexually Abusing Student

Selden, NY - March 25th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police have arrested a Ward Melville High School science teacher that sexually abused a female student.
Special Victims Section detectives arrested Stephen Malusa, 47, after an investigation revealed that he had abused a female student in May 2013.
Malusa, of Seminole Street, Selden, was charged with Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  He was arraigned today in First District Court in Central Islip.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
