Mineola, NY - March 24, 2015 - Miss Harper: A pre-trial hearing was held this morning, March 23rd in Part 98 Nassau County Criminal Court. Its purpose was to determine the admissibility of certain statements that were made by the former owners of Miss Harper to an investigator from the New York State Attorney General's office. The hearing was contentious at times as defense attorneys attempted to nitpick at the interviewing methods used by the investigator. It lasted over two hours was adjourn until this Wednesday, March 25th, 10AM. for the former owners of Miss Harper.
