NCPD reports the arrest of a Brooklyn teenager for Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Hempstead, NY - March 23, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Brooklyn man for Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 9:15 p.m. in Hempstead.
 
According to Gang Investigations Squad Detectives, Ligory Horisman, 16, was obstructing vehicular traffic on Bennett Avenue. The subject was then questioned and placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Subsequent to the arrest, the defendant was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm hand gun.
 
Ligory Horisman is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct. He will be arraigned on Friday, March 23, 2018 in First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
