Suspect Wanted for Robbing East Meadow Dunkin Donuts at Knifepoint

East Meadow, NY - March 23rd, 2016 - Major Case Bureau detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 9:45 pm in East Meadow.
 
According to detectives, a black male entered Dunkin Donuts, 2675 N. Jerusalem Road, withdrew a kitchen knife and demanded an employee open the stores cash register. 
 
The subject then removed the register drawer that contained an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store east on N. Jerusalem Road and was seen heading north on Vernon Avenue.
 
The two employees that were uninjured described the subject as being 6’ tall. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, gray or tan sneakers, a mask covering his face, sunglasses and gloves.
